TL;DR
If you are comparing InfobelPRO against other providers, this page is written to help you decide quickly, including the cases where the answer is that you should buy something else. InfobelPRO is a company-data provider: broad, registry-grounded records on businesses across 200+ markets, delivered as bulk files or through an API. We are not a sales-engagement platform, we do not sell intent data, and we are not built for high-volume US cold calling.
The short version: for verified direct dials for a US outbound team, look at ZoomInfo or Cognism. For prospecting and email sequencing in one tool, Apollo.io. For buyer intent signals, 6sense or Demandbase. For US consumer records, Data Axle. For deep beneficial-ownership and risk screening, Moody's Orbis. If you need a broad company universe across many countries, joined to registry identifiers and delivered without per-seat pricing. That is what we are built for.
Quick verdict: which provider fits which job

What InfobelPRO actually is
We hold structured records on companies, sourced from official business registries and other primary sources, standardised into one schema across every market we cover, the global business database. Delivery is by bulk flat file (CSV, JSON) or the company data API. Licensing is on volume and use, not per seat.
- Registered name, address and geolocation
- National registry identifier (EIN, SIREN, Companies House number, KvK, ABN, and local equivalents)
- Industry classification in NACE, SIC and our AltInternational taxonomy, with crosswalks between them
- Corporate linkage: parent, subsidiary and group relationships
- Company status, legal form, and administrative attributes
- Contact fields where available: website, email, landline, mobile
What we are not. We do not send emails. We do not sequence outreach. We do not produce buyer intent signals. We do not sell US consumer data. We do not operate a Chrome extension for one-off contact lookups.
Choose an InfobelPRO alternative if you…
- 1. Your motion is US outbound calling. You need direct dials verified recently, at volume, into US accounts. Our phone coverage is partial and our numbers are not phone-verified by human callers. ZoomInfo and Cognism both invest heavily in exactly this and will serve you better.
- 2. You want one tool that finds prospects and emails them. We deliver data. We do not send anything. Apollo.io bundles prospecting and sequencing at transparent per-seat pricing and is a better fit if you want a single tool.
- 3. You are buying on intent signals. Intent is a distinct data category built from web and content consumption behaviour. We do not produce it. 6sense, Demandbase and Bombora do.
- 4. You need one country, once. If you need 5,000 UK companies and nothing else, Companies House is free and authoritative. SEC EDGAR is free for US filers. Come back when you need a second market, or an ongoing feed.
- 5. You need US consumer records. We hold business data only. Data Axle reports 250M+ US consumer records and there is no equivalent from us.
Verdict: if any of the five above describes you, buy the other product. We would rather lose the deal here than in month three of an implementation.
Choose InfobelPRO if you…
- 1. You operate in more than three markets. The common alternative is stitching together national providers with incompatible schemas, different identifiers and different update cycles. We deliver every market in one schema with one identifier convention.
- 2. You need registry identifiers to join data to your own systems. If a compliance requirement, a data-warehouse join or an entity-resolution pipeline depends on a national company number, that identifier is a standard field across every market we cover. Most sales-intelligence tools do not carry registry identifiers at all.
- 3. You are building a product on top of the data. Bulk and API delivery with commercial rights, priced on volume rather than seats. Per-seat SaaS licences generally do not permit redistribution inside your own product.
- 4. You need corporate linkage across borders. Parent and subsidiary relationships, including cross-border ones. Standard in our schema and absent from most prospecting tools.
- 5. You need consistent industry classification. NACE and SIC on the same record, with industry classification codes crosswalked. If you segment a portfolio by industry code, this removes a mapping project.
Verdict: the dividing line is companies versus contacts. Almost every provider named on this page sells contacts, people to email or call. We sell the company universe underneath. Teams that get the most from us already know which product they need.

Our honest limitations
We would rather you read these here than discover them in week three of an evaluation.
- Contact-data coverage is partial and varies considerably by market and industry. Email and phone fields are present on a minority of records in most markets. We do not publish a single global coverage figure, because one number would be misleading across 200+ markets. What we will do is report the actual fill rate for your specific target segment on a sample, before you commit.
- We have limited third-party review coverage. Our G2 profile is thin and currently sits in the wrong category. We are working on it. In the meantime, ask us for references rather than relying on review scores.
- We do not publish list pricing. We price on volume, markets and delivery method. That is genuinely cheaper at scale and genuinely more expensive for a single seat, and we will tell you which you are on the first call.
- We are not the deepest provider in any single country. A national specialist will usually beat us on local financial detail or filing history in their home market. Our advantage is consistency across many markets, not maximum depth in one.
How to evaluate any provider, including InfobelPRO
Vendor-published record counts are not comparable. Some count contacts, some count companies, some count both together. Run the same test on every shortlisted vendor:
- Take 500 real target accounts from your own CRM or ICP, not a sample the vendor picks.
- Define the fields that matter to your use case. “Registered address and national ID” is testable; “good data” is not.
- Send the same list to every vendor and ask for match rate and fill rate per field.
- Check a random sample of 50 records manually against the source of truth for your market.
- Ask how each field is sourced and how often it is refreshed. Vendors that cannot answer this specifically are guessing.
- Ask what happens to records that go stale mid-contract, and whether re-verification costs extra.
We will run this test on request and share the results whether or not they favour us.
Frequently asked questions
Broad, registry-grounded company data across many markets, delivered in bulk or by API. It suits enrichment, market sizing, KYB workflows, territory planning and building products on top of company data. It is not built for individual sales reps prospecting contact by contact.
It depends on the use case. For multi-market company data: Dun & Bradstreet, Global Database and Coresignal. For US business data: Data Axle. For open registry records: OpenCorporates. For sales intelligence and contact data: ZoomInfo, Cognism and Apollo.io, which solve a different problem.
Only partially. If you use ZoomInfo for company-level firmographics across international markets, InfobelPRO is a credible alternative. If you use it for verified direct dials and email sequencing into US accounts, it is not. Those are ZoomInfo's core strengths and not ours.
We carry contact fields where they are available, but coverage is partial and varies significantly by market and industry, and the numbers are not phone-verified. If contactability is central to your use case, ask us to run your target list and report the actual fill rate before you commit. If you need verified direct dials at volume, a contact-data specialist such as ZoomInfo or Cognism is the better choice.
Pricing is based on volume, the markets you need and the delivery method, not on the number of user seats. There is no published list price.
Not for what most people buy them for. Those are sales-intelligence platforms built around verified contact data and outbound workflow, and they do that better than we do. If you use one of them for company-level firmographics across international markets, we are a credible alternative for that specific job.
Unit and purpose. They sell contacts: named individuals with emails and phone numbers, priced per seat. We sell companies: the organisations themselves, with registry identifiers, industry codes and corporate structure, priced on volume. Neither replaces the other.
For building on top of company data, InfobelPRO: bulk and API delivery priced on volume rather than seats, with commercial rights available. Per-seat SaaS licences generally do not permit redistribution inside your own product, which rules most sales-intelligence tools out of that use case regardless of their API quality.
It depends entirely on shape. We are usually cheaper at volume and usually more expensive for one user, because we do not price per seat. If you need 5,000 companies once, a self-serve tool with published pricing will beat us. If you need several million records across markets on an ongoing feed, we generally will not be beaten on cost per record.
Yes, and in many cases the better answer is to add rather than replace, keeping a contact-data specialist for outbound and using us for the international company layer. We will map fields from your existing provider's schema as part of the sample process.
Yes. Send a representative list of target companies and we will return a sample with match and fill rates per field.
Yes, with registry identifiers, industry classification in SIC, and corporate linkage. Current record counts are shown on our United States business database page.
